Please note: We are no longer participate as a CGA sanctioned district. Please refer to the AVDR Rule Book for the current rules and qualifications for year end prizes. We are running 7 events at each show this year. Our club meetings are on the first Tuesday of the month at 7pm in the club house. All AVDR members are welcome.

  • None

New Business:

  • The Quarts Hill Almond Blossom Parade will be held on Saturday March 5th. Andria would like some of our riders to volunteer to be in the parade with her. Sign up sheet will be distributed at the February Gymkhana.
  • Doug will relinquish his position as AVDR President at the end of this season. He has become a Master Judge for CGA and will be required to travel. Will discuss further when Rick, Orion and Kerry are present.
  • We will need one of our current Judges to become a Senior Judge when Doug steps down. Will discuss further when Rick, Orion and Kerry are present.
  • We will need to find someone interested in taking over the arena prep duties as Doug leaves.
  • Doug nominated Ingrid Armstrong as Board Member, Andria seconds the motion, Sherry and Dianna concur. Congratulations Ingrid!
  • Alexis will be judging for the 4H events this year.
  • Andria: Property taxes have been paid.
